Please allow for up to 10 workings days for processing prior to the shipment of your order.
Due to framing being a bespoke service, further lead time will be required and will be specified in the product description.
All artwork will be insured, tracked and will have to be signed for.
Orders from overseas may incur additional duties and taxes that are not included within the shipping price, of which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted, unless damage occurs during the transit of your order.
Char Ketton is not responsible should you receive the artwork and decide it is not suited to you or your interiors or if you no longer wish to keep the artwork for any given reason, other than damage during transit.
